Established by the Consortium to support work-based learning initiatives that provide students with access to meaningful career exploration opportunities, hands-on experiences, and the skills needed to successfully transition into the workforce.

Many students need guidance, exposure, and connections to better understand the career pathways available to them, and NTIEC helps bridge that gap.

Building partnerships between school districts, students, parents, and business partners is our mission, all while empowering students to be engaged through hands-on experiences.

The variety of educational programs offered by NTIEC provide students in five Pennsylvania counties with valuable learning opportunities while making connections with local employers.
