About the fund
Established by Dale Howell, a Co-Captain of Lackawanna Trail’s first football team in 1957 to provide tuition assistance to a member of the football team who has exemplary grades, has been active in the Lackawanna Trail community, and will matriculate at college or a post-secondary degree program.
