Cristen Place Charnley Memorial Scholarship

Established by Chuck Place, in loving memory of his daughter, Cristen Place Charnley, this scholarship honors Cristen’s life and passion for learning. The scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior from Elk Lake High School, Cristen’s alma mater. Applicants must demonstrate strong achievement in mathematics and plan to pursue a postsecondary degree in education, reflecting Cristen’s commitment to academic excellence and her belief in the power of teaching to make a lasting difference.
