Agnes & James W. Holbert Scholarship
About the fund
Established by the children of James W. Holbert, who was in the Army Medical Corps during WWII and participated in the Normandy Invasion. The scholarship will be awarded to an Elk Lake and Montrose Area High School student, who will participate in the ROTC Program in college or enter a U.S. Military Academy.
