Established by Countryside Conservancy of La Plume, Pennsylvania to support operations and special projects for the furtherance of land conservation and trail construction in northeast Pennsylvania.

Established in 2022, the Sycamore Society was formed by Countryside Conservancy as a way to honor those who wish to support land preservation efforts with bequests and planned gift options.
Since their inception, they have preserved nearly 2,000 acres in Lackawanna, Wyoming and Susquehanna counties and have built 15+ miles of trails that are open to the public for recreational purposes. The fund will help to support operations and special projects for the furtherance of land conservation and trail construction in northeast Pennsylvania.
