Francis Turner Memorial Scholarship
About the fund
Established in memory of Mr. Turner to provide tuition assistance to graduating Seniors from Tunkhannock Area High School and Lackawanna Trail High School who have exhibited exceptional athletic, academic, and community involvement and will matriculate at college or a post-secondary degree program.
