VETS Fund Provides Christmas Gifts to Residents of the Gino Merli Veterans Center

The VETS (Veterans Education, Training & Support) Fund at the Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains provided Christmas gifts to the residents of the Gino Merli Veterans Center in Scranton to show appreciation for their service to this country. The VETS Fund partnered with the members of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 328 who wrapped the gifts. The VETS Fund was established in 2016 to support local veterans. The Fund provides scholarships, assists with physical and mental health needs and crisis intervention. Questions about the VETS Fund can be directed to [email protected].
